This Privacy Policy explains how Webflow Leads LLC ("Webflow Leads", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games and our website at webflowleads.com (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — for example, your email address and message when you contact support.
- Gameplay and device data — such as game progress, settings, device model, operating system version, language, crash logs and performance data.
- Identifiers — such as an app-specific install ID and, where permitted, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android).
- Purchase information — in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a confirmation of the transaction, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
3. How we use information
- To run the game, save your progress and deliver purchased content.
- To fix bugs, measure performance and improve our games.
- To show advertising, including personalized ads where you have allowed it.
- To answer support requests and communicate with you.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Our games may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchase validation. These providers may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies. On iOS we ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies (App Tracking Transparency). You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings: on iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and on Android under Settings › Google › Ads.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, analytics and advertising partners), with Apple and Google as app store operators, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/UK under the GDPR, or in California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@webflowleads.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete data associated with your game account at any time by emailing hello@webflowleads.com with the subject "Delete my data". Uninstalling a game removes data stored locally on your device.
9. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
