Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the games, apps and website provided by Webflow Leads LLC ("Webflow Leads", "we", "us"). By downloading or using our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our games.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
2. Virtual items and purchases
Our games may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Virtual items and currencies have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized third-party software, reverse engineer our games, interfere with other players, or use our games for any unlawful purpose.
4. Advertising
Our games may display advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from ads.
5. Intellectual property
Our games, including their code, art, audio, characters and trademarks, are owned by Webflow Leads LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features or games at any time. Some features may require an internet connection.
7. Disclaimer
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Webflow Leads LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
